Yvonne Chan

Ms. Chan has been working in the legal field as a legal secretary and legal assistant for 16 years. Over the last 11 years she has worked exclusively in the personal injury field and for Mr. Charlton since 1996.

Her experience and rapport with ICBC adjusters allows her to better assist Mr. Charlton's clients by obtaining rehabilitative treatment and payment of no-fault benefits. Ms. Chan is also fluent in Cantonese which has been an asset to Mr. Charlton's Asian-speaking clientele.

Harminder Bumra

Harminder graduated from Vancouver Community College with a Legal Secretarial Certificate in December 1992. After working at a general law practice for one year, focusing on family and criminal law, Mrs. Bumra came to work for Robert Charlton in December of 1993.

She began as a receptionist but was quickly elevated to Legal Secretary and has continued with him since that time. Since Mr. Charlton's clientele consists of a wide variety of backgrounds, Harminder's fluency in Punjabi has been an asset to the firm.
